Cancellations
& late arrivals
We know sometimes that life gets in the way and you’ll need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
Traffic is the worst! So if you are late for your appointment, your treatment will still finish at the allotted time. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary.
